Terms of use
WiT Markets is published for general information. Using the site does not create an advisory, brokerage or client relationship. If you need advice about your own finances, you need a person who is permitted to give it where you live.
What you may do
You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy substantial parts of it onto another site, present WiT Markets research as your own, or scrape the comparison tables in order to republish them as a dataset. Provider names and marks belong to the providers. WiT Markets uses wordmarks and initials so it does not reproduce logo artwork it has not licensed.
No reliance
Information may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Not confirmed means not confirmed. Tools perform arithmetic on your inputs and can be wrong if the inputs are wrong. Decisions to buy, sell, hold or open an account are yours.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, WiT Markets is not liable for losses that follow from using the site, from a provider you approach, or from a market move. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations to be as wide as that sentence, and in those places the limitation applies only as far as the law allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Law
These terms are written in English for a global publication. They do not choose a court. A future operating company should add the governing law that matches its actual registration. Until that sentence is true, it is deliberately absent.
